Monique supports the design and implementation of equity in learning by evaluating institutional policies and protocols to build more culturally inclusive and interconnected campuses and workplaces. Throughout her 20+ year career in both higher education and healthcare, she has partnered with heads of instructional departments to:

  • Design and implement health equity learning materials.
  • Deliver diversity and inclusion training to staff and faculty.
  • Provide programmatic leadership and assistance to higher learning affinity groups.
  • Assist with cultural competence engagement.
  • Provide equity analysis towards institutional decision-making in areas towards student recruitment, retention, and course planning.
