Developing a Strategic Vision for DEI

Offering at least some DEI initiatives in the workplace has become the new norm. Yet many employees don’t feel satisfied with the state of DEI.

Since 2019, we’ve had the pleasure of impacting over 47,000 employees at client organizations across the world. This sizable group encompasses people working in many industries, and has made us aware of a recurrent dissatisfaction with DEI at work, despite the fact that most organizations are engaged in DEI initiatives.

Through diligent research, we discovered that progress toward building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is often stalled by the lack of a coherent DEI strategy. “I’ve worked with The Norfus Firm at both Sabra and IsraAID, a non profit whose Board I serve on. There were a number of things we were involved with from DEI training to coaching. And with all the amazing things Natalie & Shante offer, it is their ability to connect that for me is what makes them so successful and inspiring.”

“One of the most impressive things about The Norfus Firm is that they don’t offer cookie-cutter services. Over the years, they’ve invested time in understanding our business and the individuals on our team, and they have consistently tailored their offerings to meet our evolving needs.”
