Theo brings a unique combination of nearly 20 years of for profit and nonprofit people operations and management experience to the Firm’s clients.

Throughout his career in both sectors, Theo has contributed to organizational growth in the following representative areas:

  • Setting and managing budgets of up to $30 million for organizations in the hospitality industry.
  • Developing equitable and sustainable processes for talent acquisition, performance management and training for large groups of employees.
  • Helping to grow the size and scope of non-profit operations for organizations including by overseeing all aspects of finance, grant administration and human resources functions.
